Today marks the successful delivery of Phase 1 of a dynamic sales performance dashboard solution for a leading machine distributor and technical service provider in the manufacturing space. This rollout covers the Mid-Atlantic region, with plans to scale the solution across other regions and business units in future phases.


Objective

The client sought a real-time, transparent sales performance dashboard that would go beyond basic reporting to actively drive accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement across their sales team. At their request, the solution was designed to reflect key principles from Anson Dorrance’s coaching philosophy—centered on two core pillars:

  1. Measurement & Accountability: Track detailed, individual-level KPIs—including calls made, demos booked, units sold, margins, and conversion rates—to promote ownership, consistency, and a competitive team environment.
  2. Coaching & Growth: Leverage data not just to assess outcomes, but to support personal development—identifying strengths, uncovering areas for improvement, and celebrating progress to build confidence, resilience, and long-term performance.
